President

Bryce is a senior from Portland, Maine, majoring in biochemistry. He is on the pre-medicine track with a particular interest in surgery and research-based medicine. Since joining in Fall 2023, he has been an active member of NC State’s chapter of AED and has made countless memories and relationships in the club. His favorite part about AED is the welcoming nature it offers its members pursuing a variety of health care careers. This upcoming year, Bryce is excited to lead AED in new directions and expand upon the unique opportunities for health care exposure and connection provided through membership. 

This past summer, Bryce spent time back home in Maine and worked as a medical scribe in oncology at WakeMed. Outside of AED, he conducts research in the Proulx and Simpson labs at NC State, focusing on peptide therapeutics in cancer treatment, serves as a teaching assistant for introductory biology, works as a videographer for the Technician, and is President of Premier MCAT Prep at NC State.
